Les Emerson

Emerson‘s journey into the world of hospitality began in high school, where his knack for hosting events and entertaining others shined brightly. Throughout college, his passion for bringing people together only grew, fueled by his active involvement in sports. Little did he know that his path would lead him to restaurant management.

Starting as a humble food runner and busser during his college years, Les quickly found his footing in the restaurant industry. With determination and hard work, he climbed the ranks to eventually become a general manager. For Les, the allure of hospitality lies in its social dynamics and the gratification of creating memorable experiences for patrons.

His tenure as one of the head bartenders at Pickles Pub, where they raked in an impressive $100k in a single day, provided invaluable lessons in managing high-volume establishments. Drawing from his experience as a collegiate sports team captain, Les seamlessly transitioned into leadership roles within the hospitality realm. As the general manager in Fells Point for over three years, he orchestrated a remarkable increase in sales.
